This is how it works:

The 'Name Your Rate' option is valid with standard Deluxe guestrooms only. Requests for other bed types (King, 2 Queen, etc.) or special needs should be requested at the time of check-in, but cannot be guaranteed. Rack Rates $89-135.

Arrival date must be within 30 days of today’s date!  Enter your information into the form below, name your rate, and submit.

We will consider your offer and either accept it or provide you with an alternative offer. We may also offer you an alternative date when it would be possible to accept your offer. Once negotiations are through, you will be provided a promotion code via the email. Use this code when booking your reservation with our secure on-line reservations form.

A Ramada Inn representative will respond within one business day to notify you if your bid has been accepted. (No responses will be made on weekends or holidays).

Submitting this form does not guarantee a rate, or a reservation. The reservation is not confirmed until a Ramada Inn representative contacts you and the reservation is guaranteed with a credit card. Only then will you receive a confirmation number. The reservation is not valid without a confirmation number.


Restrictions and regulations:

• Acceptance is based on availability and reasonable rate offers.
• There is a 72 hour cancellation policy on all reservations made via the "Name Your Price" program. If your reservation is not canceled prior to 72 hours before the confirmed arrival date, you will be charged the full amount for the first night of your stay. Applicable tax is in addition to confirmed rate and is currently 10.35%.
• 'Name Your Rate' cannot be used as part of a package deal, in conjunction with any specials rates or as part of a group, conference, or convention.
• This offer not available on holiday or event weekends - other restrictions apply.
• Once you have received your name, your rate, and confirmation code, complete the on-line reservations form and be sure to include the code on the package line!
